QR Code-Based Resource Booking on Badges
Each conference and event attendee receives a unique QR code printed on a label attached to their lanyard. This QR code allows attendees to access their purchased quantities of meals, drinks, and services without the need to download any application. Hostesses can verify the user’s entitlement to any resource (such as coffee, lunch, dinner, gala, event, etc.) using a web app on their phones when the user presents their unique QR code. If the attendee has purchased and been allocated a specific amount of a resource, the count decreases by one upon presentation. Our system is prepared to handle each day of the conference separately and accommodate any changes (such as pre-issuing and printing QR codes, badge loss, on-site registration, and re-issuing and printing new QR codes for any reason). When the allocated resource count reaches zero, the user cannot access that resource, but on-site purchasing is available.
QR Code-Based On-Site Access Control
Each conference and event attendee is provided with a unique QR code printed on a label attached to their lanyard, or we can also send it to their mobile phone. This QR code allows the user to identify themselves and verify their entitlement to enter the event on-site. When presented, the system will indicate with a green or red signal whether the user is authorized to enter. Upon verification, if the attendee is authorized, the entry right is recorded as used in the software. Our system can also handle continuous or multiple entries and exits as required. We are capable of managing different access levels and rooms (standard, premium, and VIP areas).
Zero-Host On-Site Access Control
Each conference and event attendee is provided with a unique QR code printed on a label attached to their lanyard. This QR code allows the user to identify themselves and verify their entitlement to enter the event on-site. Our Zero-Host solution enables access control without the need for human resources. This module operates on a self-declaration basis, meaning that entry and entitlement are tied to the user, and it is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance.
Simple Networking
During registration, attendees can instantly share their information via a QR code in the app with another participant. Engage in conversations and networking; we handle the rest. You can also make your profile visible in the Participants list, complete with a photo.
Comprehensive Digital Program List
In the real-time online conference system, you can immediately see which presentations are happening on which days and locations, divided into sections. We display which programs are currently running at the conference or event. You will receive instant notifications of any program changes or delays.
Digital Notes
You can take notes for each presentation within its detailed view. At the end of the event, these notes will be sent to your registered email address, if any.
Real-Time Q&A
During ongoing presentations, attendees can digitally submit questions to the presenter, which can be answered upon moderator approval.
Digital Surveys
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our conferences and events by filling out our digital surveys.
Instant Information Sharing
In the “Documents” menu, you can get real-time updates and access maps and other electronic materials.
Importance of Conference Sponsors
Our sponsors have a dedicated section where you can find key messages and contact information for supporting companies.

Digital Congress Passport
We developed our Digital Congress Passport service to support paperless congresses and reduce ecological footprints.
Digital Content Framework with Location-Based Content: Our Digital Content Framework allows the publication of location-based content, making each site truly unique in value and function.
These sites can be both outdoor and indoor. Outdoors, our solution can use a mix of GPS and Beacon hardware, while indoors, only Beacons are used.
GPS Solution: No hardware is needed as the phone’s own “Location” function is used, which is advantageous for content publication but doesn’t work indoors due to signal shielding.
Beacon Solution: Beacons can operate indoors and in IP-protected outdoor environments, requiring placement at the site. The Beacon hardware is a small, battery-operated Bluetooth device. Although it doesn’t carry digital content itself, it can instruct the phone to download relevant content for its location, making the site unique and informative.
Digital Congress Passport Functionality: Our system can replace traditional paper-based stamps with digital ones. At each site visited, participants can receive location-specific digital content on their mobile application, which is timestamped, and the system automatically reports users’ movements and content consumption.
To enable digital passport reporting, each participating site needs a unique Beacon device. Beacons can be placed on tables or other accessible areas, enabling contact-based verification similar to contactless bank cards. When a user touches their phone to a Beacon, push-based content is displayed on their app, including advertisements, discount coupons, appointment scheduling, info panels, surveys, and votes. Content consumption is tracked and reported, providing both graphical analytics and numerical statistics.
